WELCOME TO THE FUTURE!

Designed for residential inspections such as water heater and HVAC equipment changeouts. Submit GPS-tagged photos according to simple instructions via text messaging. No extra software, app or portal to log into.

Results are provided within an hour of photo submittal, so the installer will know the result and if necessary, make any corrections before leaving the site. No waiting for an inspector or leaving it for the homeowner and possibly having to return for a failed inspection. Inspection results are reported to the building department the next business day.

CODE INSPECTOR USA is a Licensed Florida Private Provider. A Florida Private Provider is an alternative to the local building department for inspections under Florida Statute 553.791. All virtual inspections are performed by Florida licensed building inspectors under Florida Statute Chapter 468.
